Installation instructions
  Just unzip all files in the Plus! Themes directory(by default it is
c:\Program Files\Plus!\Themes\) and run the .theme file included. Microsoft
Plus! is required. However you can install the Theme either manually or by
other third-party programs.
  This version of EVA Theme is completely self-installable, so you can
install it without any addon. However I do recommend you download all other
extra edition addons and see which one you like more. Perhaps you may want a
combination of them.

NOTE: A file named "mail.reg" is included for intalling the Mail Beep sound
event. Just click on it and the registry will be updated.

Note on installing wallpaper
  Notice that Plus! always use some kind of color dithering on JPEG
image, thus producing a bad-looking wallpaper. Therefore I do recommend
you manually install the wallpaper with Paint, any JPEG-capable programs, or
even your web browser. They all do it better than what Plus! does.
